By using this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
The app connects students with educational organizations and private teachers and provides access to digital materials associated with programs already purchased from those organizations.
2. Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activity under their account.
3. Payments
Payments for real-world educational programs are handled directly by the partner organizations or teachers outside of the app. The app itself does not process these transactions.
4. Content Access
Access to educational materials is provided based on confirmation from the educational organization/teacher. Unauthorized sharing of content is strictly prohibited.
5. Responsibility of Educational Providers
Partner organizations and teachers are solely responsible for delivering the educational services and for issuing the necessary financial and contractual documents (e.g., invoices, receipts, private agreements). ANOTATI SYMVOULEYTIKI EE is not responsible for the quality, delivery, or outcome of those services.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANOTATI SYMVOULEYTIKI EE shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the app or from services provided by third-party organizations or teachers.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.
